Originally from Dayton, Ohio, BJ relocated to Florida in 2015 to enjoy the sunshine and vibrant business community. Coming from a family of small business owners, he has a deep passion for serving and supporting the small business sector. Before transitioning to insurance, BJ spent much of his career in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, helping businesses manage HR, payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks. His background gives him a unique perspective on the challenges business owners face, allowing him to serve as more than just a risk manager—he strives to be a valued resource and strategic partner for his clients.

 When he’s not assisting clients, BJ enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and playing golf.
