Atlas Insurance is a well-respected and long-established independent insurance agency located in Sarasota, Florida. We are looking for highly motivated Commercial Lines Producers to join our team. The successful candidate will join an experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing world-class service to our clients each and every day.
PRODUCER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting consistently for new leads through networking and cold calling
- Positioning yourself as a pillar of your community
- Planning or preparing to make the sale with prioritization and organization
- Determining the needs of each client
- Mastering the art of the short selling cycle with a sense of urgency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of business and or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization
- Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain)
- Driven for success with solid sales aptitude
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidential
- Fundamental knowledge of company software and procedures
