David W. McMahon joined Atlas Insurance as a commercial lines executive in 2003. He is a graduate of Valparaiso University, earning a bachelor of science in business administration in 1988 and his MBA in 1995.

David is an Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), having obtained that designation in January 2012. He is an active member of The West Florida Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI), Building Manager International (BMI), and Manager of the Gulf Coast Inc (MOGCI), among others. David was instrumental in establishing Atlas’ collegiate internship program and continues to be involved in mentoring young industry professionals.

Outside of the office, David and his wife Kimberly are actively involved in the community as business partners to local schools, coaching and mentoring young adults while raising their four children.
