Megan Schroeder is an Employee Benefits Producer at Atlas Insurance with a passion for helping people navigate the often-complicated world of health insurance and employee benefits. A Sarasota County native, Megan brings a strong connection to the local community and a people-first approach to every client interaction.

 Before joining Atlas, Megan owned and operated an independent pharmacy, where she discovered how much she enjoys helping individuals better understand their health insurance options and feel confident in important healthcare and benefits decisions. Her background provides a unique perspective on the challenges employers and employees face when managing healthcare coverage and costs.

 Megan is actively involved throughout the community and values building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally. She co-chairs the Young Professionals Committee for the Suncoast Builders Association and is involved with the Sarasota Area Manufacturers Association. In the fall, you’ll often find her supporting the Lakewood Ranch Marching Mustangs, where all four of her children have proudly marched or are currently marching.

 Megan is passionate about serving others, supporting local businesses, and strengthening the Sarasota community she proudly calls home.
