Michael Howard joined Atlas Insurance in 2015 after earning a bachelor of science degree in risk management, insurance, and economics from Florida State University. He obtained the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) in 2015 upon graduation and holds licenses in property, casualty, life, and health insurance. He recently obtained Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA) designation to help advise his clients on the technical aspects of workers’ compensation insurance. Michael is a member of the Sarasota Manatee HR Association, Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA), Sarasota County Aging Network, and is involved in Sarasota’s Miracle League, Community Haven, and Upside Down Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Annie and friends and family.
